Our Honey
Summer Honey
Our summer harvest is predominantly clover honey, with a mild, sweet flavor and light golden color. Clover is one of the most popular honey varieties, beloved for its delicate taste that pairs perfectly with everything from tea to biscuits.
Spring Honey
Our spring harvest features black locust honey, prized for its light color and exceptionally mild, delicate flavor. Black locust trees bloom briefly in late spring, producing a honey that's slow to crystallize and has subtle floral notes.
Why Local Honey?
100% Raw
Never heated or pasteurized. All the natural enzymes and beneficial properties remain intact.
Unfiltered
We only strain our honey, leaving the natural pollen and nutrients that make raw honey special.
Locally Sourced
Our bees forage on Missouri wildflower and tree flower nectar, creating honey unique to our region.
